As many as 20 volunteers, including students, locals, professors and amateur astronomers, have been scouring for the rocks for more than a month in Lloydminster, Sask. Frigid temperatures and heavy snowfall have complicated the search. "Finding all we could before the snow came on Dec. 6 was a real challenge and tough on searchers, with wind chills routinely colder than -20C," said asteroid expert Alan Hildebrand, pictured.
