FaceBook hijack over: science fiction fans fight off hackers on FaceBook

After four days of being hijacked by FaceBook hackers, normal service is restored on the science fiction FaceBook group owned by author Stephen Hunt. Worryingly, FaceBook show not a clue that a deep-level hack of their service has even occurred.

New Worries Over WiFi Encryption...

Russian firm Elcomsoft has recently proved that the latest NVidia graphics cards can be used to dramatically accelerate brute force decryption attacks by a factor of 10,000 percent. This alarming discovery shows that the security standards provided by WiFi's WPA and WPA2 encryption systems are worryingly insufficient when it comes to protecting data transmitted over wireless connections. This raises serious doubts about 'out-of-the-box security' and iterates the importance of utilizing added protection - such as VPN encryption.

On the Front Foot: Middlesex are caught in the middle of a right muddle

It is silly, for instance, that England have only one representative – Middlesex, for whom the worst can be feared when the tournament starts in Bangalore next month.
