LAHORE: The Indian government will decide in two weeks time whether their cricket team will tour Pakistan early next year or not. A spokesman for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said on Tuesday that Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Shashank Manohar had talked to PCB chairman Ijaz Butt on phone regarding the tour. “Shashank has told Ijaz that he has written to his government for the clearance of the tour. The BCCI is expected to get the reply in next ten to twelve days and the PCB will be informed accordingly,” the spokesman added. The PCB official said the BCCI chief had assured them that the Indian cricket team would visit Pakistan as per schedule.
