ISLAMABAD (APP): Work on Arts and Crafts Village is in final stage and the project would start functioning in December, an official of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) told APP here. He said that the beautification of the village is in full swing and would be completed shortly. "Construction of village has almost been completed and the Authority would inaugurate it as soon as possible, probably by end of December," he added. The CDA was giving a final touch to its lawn, boundaries, parking lots, trees, grass and food courts, he said. Pei-designed Silver Towers and its central Pablo Picasso sculpture, "Portrait of Sylvette," in Greenwich Village at 100 and 110 Bleecker Street and 505 LaGuardia Place.
