For the quarter ended Nov.1, Brown Shoe, which operates Shoes.com Inc., No. 149 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, reported web sales of $20.8 million, a decrease of 7.1% from e-commerce revenue of $22.4 million in the third quarter of 2007.
