(Washington, D.C.) The National Restaurant Association today announced that it is expanding its partnership with Fishbowl to bring a broader array of revenue-generating services to restaurant members of the Association and its state restaurant association partners. Association members will now receive exclusive rates on mobile marketing via text message, online ordering, online reservations, and Web site services. Fishbowl is the leader in permission-based e-mail marketing solutions for the restaurant industry, and currently serves 30,000 restaurant locations.

These hard economic times has fewer people dining out. The decision to eat at home has restaurants feeling it. In fact, the National Restaurant Association says things are getting worse. They say that nationwide two out of three restaurant operators are seeing fewer customers and that has restaurant owners finding new ways to draw people into their businesses.
