Pali Research Notes DVD Rentals Up in 1st-Half (BBI)

Pali Research commented on Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) today, noting that Rentrak data showed that DVD rentals rose 0.5% for the first half of 2008 (ex Blu-Ray). Pail said there are several reasons driving the improvement, including kiosk and the fact that consumers tend to rent more during tough economic times.
