This IDC study reports on the results of IDC's latest consumer survey with regard to social networking services (SNS): What is today's SNS audience reach compared with mainstream services such as Google and Yahoo!? United States: D.C. sues Bank of America for $105M

The District of Columbia filed a lawsuit against Bank of America Corp. in D.C. Superior Court on Friday in regard to its position in a check-depositing scam. The city is asking for $105 million in damages.Charlotte-based BofA was the primary bank used by Harriette Walters, a former tax office manager for the city. Walters pleaded guilty in September to leading a scheme to steal $48 million over two decades from the D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue."We have no comment on the allegation.
