QUICK & SIMPLY...FINISHED: Another magazine has buckled under the economic pressures on the print business: On Tuesday, Hearst Magazines said it would fold its three-year-old women's weekly Quick & Simple, effective with the July 29 issue. And in another sign that what doesn't always work in print might work in the stratosphere, Hearst will keep operating the magazine's Web site, quickandsimple.com. The company said of the closure that "due to market conditions and significantly escalating paper costs, it has become increasingly challenging to produce a low-cost, low-priced weekly." The $1.99 primarily newsstand title was considered a magazine "in development" by Hearst and never moved into the luxe Hearst Tower when the corporate headquarters opened in 2006.

Wanna try shopping groceries online? If so lets take a quick pitstop at D’Agostino Supermarkets I have been shopping at D’Agostino Supermarkets for about a month now and I feel very exicted to share my experience shopping groceries online. The stores are small, but they stock a wide variety of high quality groceries, produce, meat, poultry, and seafood as well as deli items. The chain may be small by food industry standards, but D'Agostino enjoys a big reputation both in the city and nationally. With teenagers in the house, they cook for themselves, but they aren't so great about writing what they used up on the shopping list. I can't tell you how many times I've turned to the cabinet to make something, and it's just all gone. I thought, 'How easy is this?' Before you throw it in the garbage, you scan it, and then it shows up on my shoppi

I just want to ask you one quick question. Are your blogs profitable? I told you it would be quick. It's real simple to answer. Either your blogs are earning for you, or their not. I will tell you something here and I will be blunt. If your blogs are earning you some type of income then you need to listen up. If your blogs are not earning you some sort of income then you DEFINETLY need to listen up. Pay attention close to what I say and maybe the next time someone asks you that question instead of saying yes or no you can say "HECK YES THEY ARE"! Now I again will be blunt. Some people consider this totally unethical and blackhat. I leave that for you to decide. A vast majority of the people that will tell you this is "blackhat", are not earning "peanuts" from their blogging efforts.

U.S. officials based in Jerusalem traveled to the border of Gaza Thursday to process visas for entry to the United States for three recipients of Fulbright fellowships, the Associated Press reported. The plight of students in Gaza, who have won fellowships to study in the United States, attracted considerable attention because of suggestions that these students might lose their Fulbright awards. Israel blocks most people from leaving Gaza and the United States doesn’t have a consulate in Gaza because of the Hamas government in power there, so the students were unable to get to Jerusalem, leading to Thursday’s operation of providing visas at the Gaza border.
