Gross travel bookings for the 3rd quarter, which refers to the total dollar value, inclusive of all taxes and fees, of all travel services purchased by consumers, rose 47.4% year-over-year to $2 billion. Priceline.com had GAAP revenues in the 3rd quarter of $561.6 million, a 34.6% increase over a year ago. The Company's international operations contributed revenues in the 3rd quarter of $223.7 million, a 69.7% increase versus a year ago (approximately 63% growth on a local currency basis). GAAP gross profit for the 3rd quarter was $316.1 million, a 56.2% increase from the prior year. The Company's international operations contributed gross profit in the 3rd quarter of $222.
