Aside from the official Olympic Games titles, it's a bit rare to see individual stars get their own video game. The last example that comes to mind of a game starring an Olympic athlete is Johnny Moseley's Mad Trix, the rather terrible piece of software that featured one of the worst intros ever, clunky controls, and the ability to constantly ski uphill.
