Pentangular Cricket Cup

QUETTA (PPI): Balochistan were 66 for 3 when the stumps were drawn for the day on the second day of Pentangular Cricket Cup 2008-9 being played. Misbah (Captain) had scored 10 runs while Abdul Rauf yet to score. Organised by Pakistan Cricket Board, the four day match was being played between NWFP and Balochistan teams at Nawab Bugti Cricket Stadium here Sunday. Earlier NWFP started their innings at 293 for 2 and were declared at 550 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 157 overs. Adnan Rasees was the highest scorer with 205 runs at his credit, Wajid Ali 82, Shoaib Khan 81 (not out), Yassar Hameed 72, Riaz 29, Omar Gul 21 and Aftab Khan 32 (not out). Saeed Anwar Junior bagged 3 wickets while Rauf and Kamran 1 wicket each. Balochistan started their inning and lost 3 wickets at the score of 66 runs.
