Fallout 3 available for pre-purchase on Steam

Valve just announced that Bethesda Softworks highly anticipated RPG Fallout 3 is now available for pre-purchase via Steam, with the Steam version of the game unlocking when Fallout 3 hits shelves on October 28th.
