When it comes to stray animals Bulgarians usually point at the municipality and blame it of “hanging around and not doing a good job�. The municipality on its part passes the baton of responsibility to owners. The fix for this problem has been pending for two decades already.

Today’s municipalities and utilities are required to manage extensive above-ground and buried utility systems and infrastructure. In many instances, key information related to these infrastructure assets is stored on paper maps and records that are not easily acces­sible, are poorly maintained or contain conflicting informa­tion. As many utility managers know, these problems can be a nuisance when running the day-to-day operations of utility systems. More worrisome, however, is the fact that limited access to critical information can be dangerous in an emer­gency situation, exposing an agency to unnecessary financial risk and its employees and the public to potential health and safety risks.

"Climate Change - the Impact" a WEBISM world traveling show kicks off the start of the European show branch on November 27th, 2008 at the historic KORNHAUS, Kempten, Oberallgäu, Germany in the framework of eza!'s 10th anniversary. Energie- und Umweltzentrum Allgäu (eza!) is a non-profit corporation that was founded by several municipalities, businesses and action groups to promote both energy efficiency and renewable energy. eza! collaborates with all media to inform the puplic of the advantages of energy conservation and renewable energy, and organizes events such as the Building Modernization Days. Twenty artists from around the world bring their art together to promote the cause. Many of these artists have Portfolios at absolutearts.

Package delivery drivers no longer carry reams of manifests that customers need to sign, but instead track packages and have recipients sign their names with a digital pen on handheld devices.
