AllCalc merges multiple calculators for iPhone/iPod...

Bayhoff Software has published AllCalc 1.0, a calculator app for the iPhone and iPod touch. The software differs from most other calculators on Apple handhelds by gathering several different functions into one location. In the case of AllCalc, these include tips, wage, sales tax, sales price, amortized mortgage and BMI (body mass index) options.

Reunion.com Merges With Social Search Engine Wink

Los Angeles-based Reunion.com has merged with people search engine Wink, the two said this morning, to create a new online people search site. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed. According to the firms, they will create what they call the "most comprehensive" online platform for people looking to find each other on the Web. The firms are planning to roll out a new brand and Web site next year. Mountain View-based Wink -- which was backed by Cambrian Ventures and Greylock Partners -- started as a people search engine specifically targeting search of online social networking sites such as MySpace, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Reunion.com is venture backed by Oak Investment Partners, and headed by Jeff Tinsley.
