They include streamlining your HTML, organizing your page content, and using headings to highlight content. I would strongly recommend you avoid the fourth suggestion. While it may work at first, it smacks of spamming because you're sending different information to the search engines than you are to the readers. And while not all search engines read CSS right now, it won't be long before they do.
