Dr. Sally Ride, America’s first woman in space, touched down at University of California, San Diego on Saturday to inspire local girls at the Sally Ride Science Festival. The festival, presented by Prescription Solutions and Sally Ride Science, brought together over eight hundred upper elementary and middle school girls, parents and teachers for a day of science and socializing.
