While most of these people would just jailbreak the thing, some take it a step further - by installing another operating system. Imagination Technologies Group, the company behind the PowerVR MBX graphics processing technology used in the iPhone and other advanced handsets, has announced that Apple has purchased 8.2 million shares of stock, giving Apple 3.6 percent ownership.
