Execs & Accounts: Digitas, Ogilvy, Google

Laura Lang will succeed David Kenny as CEO of Digitas as Kenny moves on to run VivaKi, Publicis's new umbrella organization for its digital units. Lang has been president of Digitas for many years, prior to which she led the New York and Chicago offices. Earlier she worked in strategic planning for Pfizer.

Execs & Accounts: AKQA, Konami, Crocs

AKQA promoted two executives in the Washington, D.C. office. Brendan DiBona, who joined in '97, was named executive creative director. Erik Rogstad meanwhile was anointed general manager and will assume leadership as Jason Whiting moves to New York to as MD of AKQA East to oversee New York and D.C. Rogstad joined the agency in 2000 and has held several key positions.
