The fastest way to open a local file in Google Docs

What I really want to do is add a link to Google Docs on the right-click (context) menu in Windows Explorer. That way, I could open a file in Google Docs by right-clicking it in Explorer and choosing Send To > Google Docs.

Panorama Software has made a series of announcements regarding its relationship and accomplishments with Google pertaining to new functionality associated with Google Docs spreadsheets (online spreadsheets that can be shared in a "live" collaborative session). On April 17, 2008, Panorama announced native support for Microsoft "SQL Server™ Analysis Services…" in order to allow customers to use Google Docs to analyze, report, and visualize corporate data directly from SQL Server™.
