Spammers Devoted to Dad

I get about a thousand spam a day. Generally, I let it sit in my junk folder for a month or so and then delete it. This gives me a chance to go back and look through it if the need should arise. This time around, I had about 6 weeks worth, or roughly close to 50,000 of the unwanted email. So after receiving the upteenth Father's Day spam, I decided to compare the weeks leading up to Mother's Day with the weeks leading up to Father's Day. The reason? I just didn't recall seeing much Mother's Day spam and I was curious to see the numbers. The end result: at least in my inbox, Father's Day spam outpaced Mother's Day spam by 7:1. Even HGTV has gotten into the act, averaging 3 Father's Day solicitations for every 1 Mother's Day solicitation.

Online Business System Sc...

(Prudent Press Agency)--If you already own an internet home business there is a great possibility that you are so busy in the day to day running of your business that you fail to consider that there are other ways that you can profit from your money. Ponting proud of last day Aussie fightback

KINGSTON (Agencies): Australia captain Ricky Ponting believes it was gratifying to see his side fight back and conquer West Indies in the opening Test on Monday at Sabina Park. A rare batting collapse in their second innings saw Australia set West Indies 287 for victory, but Stuart Clark captured a career-best five wickets for 32 runs to bowl Australia to a 95-run win. "It's been a pretty good Test from first day to last," Ponting said. "It was pretty entertaining. Our best overall cricket was probably played on the first day and the last. "We spoke at length before the start (on Monday) about how we wanted to attack them, what we needed to do, and how we wanted to execute things if we wanted to win the game. "I think coming into the final day, the game was in the balance.

Lots of good coverage of yesterday's proceedings, beginning with the mighty Ezra Levant, who had so much fun he's staying on another day. Also Brian Hutchinson, my old stable mate at the Post, pays appropriate homage to the majesty of it all. Plus the great man himself, of course, and uber-blogger Michelle Malkin and Jay Currie and … well, I better get in while there's a chance of a seat…
