Spend a little time with Supreme Ruler 2020 and you’ll soon come to realize it’s much more than your standard geopolitical land grab. The sequel to BattleGoat’s 2010 iteration of the same name knocks convention to the wayside in favor of an accurate, detail oriented experience geared toward hardcore strategists while maintaining an accessible side for those unfamiliar with world conquest. A plethora of information regarding natural resources, military armaments and regional governments are all accounted for, but with so much to digest, I simply had to question lead designer Dave Thompson to get the skinny on what players should expect when the game hits shelves in a couple of weeks.

Since the celebrations of the city's four centuries of French culture kicked off in July, Francophones have criticized elements of the festivities they feel are too English. The ex-Beatle said he had been working on expanding the lines of French he used in the 1965 hit "Michelle."
