OTTAWA — Anyone over 40 with a well-lit bathroom can see evidence of decay in the mirror every morning. It is probably a good thing people can't peer inside their own bodies, where various types of cells are deteriorating in ways that make wrinkles and grey hairs seem benign.

Yeah, that's almost $800 under Sony Style's price. And yeah, it's still an 11-inch screen. But one you'll want to lick, it's so saturated and thin. If you were already eyeing an XEL-1 for the bathroom I'm guessing the $800 isn't a huge issue, but as Taco Bell says, "why pay more?" No word on where this shot is from, so call your Club before heading out. Also good to know you can apparently pick up an eye exam at the same location, once the colors burn into your retinas. This Diwali, why don't you change the way your home looks? Try some butterflies fluttering on the floor or a few sinful black mirrors shimmering in the black-cemented floor at your new bar or a subtle gray-toned jacuzzi embolden with multi-hued marble chips for the bathroom. In vogue now maybe, but nothing new to humankind. It's time to revisit terrazzo. In its comeback and trendy avatar, the ancient mosaic flooring, which originated as a simple mix of stone chips bound by cement, has travelled from the veranda of your ancestral home to the living room in the apartment you just shifted into.

At the risk of sounding like a Google apologist (which I am blatantly not), why are all these people making such a fuss over Google Street View? Can't they get a grip and realize that, contrary to their megalomania, no one really cares what their home looks like and few (if any) people are looking up their address to see inside their bathroom windows on Street View?

What should a writer do if an inspiring idea for a new book descends on him right inside the tub, having his morning bath? For many, deciding on what to do could pose a dilemma, but for Dr. Anthony Jerry Agada, Minister of State for Education 1, it is as simple as ABC: tie a towel round your waist, dash out of the bathroom as fast you can, and put down the idea before it takes flight. It is a situation Agada has had to deal with several times, and his response has been fairly standardized.

Consider the International Space Station (ISS), that marvel of incremental engineering. It has close to 15,000 cubic feet of livable space; 10 modules, or living and working areas; a Canadian robot arm that can repair the station from outside; and the capacity to keep five astronauts (including the occasional wealthy rubbernecking space tourist) in good health for long periods. It has gleaming, underused laboratories; its bathroom is fully repaired; and its exercycle is ready for vigorous mandatory workouts.
