Jonathan Ive is awarded the 2008 MDA Personal Acheivement Award for the Apple iPhone. The Mobile Data Association, a UK-based group that seeks to "recognize those UK companies and individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the uptake and success of mobile data over the last 12 months," has awarded Apple's Senior Vice President of Industrial Design with its 2008 MDA Personal Achievement Award.
