VANCOUVER—The University of British Columbia’s Museum of Anthropology reopened Monday after the theft Saturday of a dozen works by the late Canadian artist Bill Reid, reports the New York Times via the Canadian press. According to the editorial, British Columbia bans all words and images 'likely to expose a person... to hatred or contempt because of race, religion, age, disability, sex, marital status or sexual orientation.'
