During Microsoft's E3 Keynote today one thing which stood out was that Star Ocean 4 didn't carry the heading stating it was a timed or full exclusive on Xbox 360 whereas The Last Remnent and Infinate Undiscovery did. Now this does suggest that Star Ocean 4 isn't an Xbox 360 exclusive after all. However for now class this as a rumor, until official word is given.

DETROIT, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- For the first time in Michigan, a diseased kidney has been surgically removed at using highly sophisticated 3D robotics through a single incision. "We made several improvements in the technique that could allow us to perform this type of procedure routinely," says Craig Rogers, M.D., Henry Ford's director of robotic renal surgery. He performed the delicate operation last week using the da Vinci Surgical System, which has already been used in thousands of successful surgeries for complete and partial removal of diseased prostates. The kidney, damaged by four tumors, was extracted through an incision of about three inches near the patient's navel of a 50-year-old patient during a complex minimally invasive robotic procedure that lasted approximately 2.

Robotic hands and arms may be getting more sophisticated, but they don't really rival what we think C3-PO would have poking out of his torso. That is until now: an European science team have been busy creating the Sensopac robotic limb, and it's arguably the most human-like robotic limb yet. And partly that's because its sophistication is derived from software modeled on the human cerebellum. The arm has artificial skin that can sense force and direction in detail, and its 38 motors mimic the structure of human muscles and tendons to give it a very human-like grip.
