SOFTBANK TECHNOLOGY CORP. to Acquire e-Commerce Technology Corporation

SOFTBANK TECHNOLOGY CORP. announced that it has decided to purchase 530 shares of e-Commerce Technology Corporation's shares from Sumisho Computer Systems Corporation, at the price of JPY 53 million, on June 30, 2008. The Company's stake in e-Commerce Technology Corporation will become 85.3% (1,280 shares), up from 50% (750 shares). After the transaction, e-Commerce Technology Corporation will become the Company's subsidiary, instead of associated company of the Company.
