apple java leopard tiger updates
If you launch Software Update, you'll likely notice that Apple has some Java updates for both Tiger and Leopard. On the Tiger side, Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 7 updates Java 2 Platform Standard Edition 5.0 (also known as Java 1.5—does Sun contract Microsoft for their product names?) and Java 1.4 to the latest versions. For Lepoard, Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 2 updates J2SE 5 and J2SE 1.4.2 to the latest versions. And if you are running a 64-bit capable Intel processor, you'll also get the latest version of Java SE 6.

"Since updating Java, on startup I get the following message: You can't open the application "Executor" because it requires a version of Java that is not available. This application requires "1.3*" version of Java. The available Java version "1.5" may be able to open this application, but it may not work correctly. There are 2 buttons: "Use 1.5" and "Quit". Pressing either results in the message reappearing several more times. I have reapplied 10.5.5 Combo to no effect.

Being new to the world of Macs it's a bit frustrating to find myself lagging behind on Java updates. For those who don't know, Apple releases a Mac tailored version of Java for its operating system. So, while installation is a simple matter of letting the software update program do its thing, it also means that new Java versions are somewhat delayed.

You can buy the Apple 3G iPhone unlocked from the Apple store in Hongkong. Unfortunately if you try to order and get it delivered outside Hongkong, the Apple HK online store does not allow it. But I am sure there are retailers in Hongkong who would gladly ship it to you. The Apple HK online store says (see screenshot below): “iPhone 3G purchased at the Apple Online Store can be activated with any wireless carrier. Simply insert the SIM from your current phone into the iPhone 3G and connect to iTunes 8 to complete activation.”
