Cricket eyes Twenty20 for 2020 Olympics

BEIJING (Agencies): As players from around the world backed former Australia wicket-keeper Adam Gilchrist's call for Twenty20 cricket to become an Olympic sport, officials said it would take another 12 years at least for it to get on the Games roster. Ranatunga, who led his country to their only World Cup title in 1996, also said the players needed to focus more on Tests. "It's very important to preserve Test cricket. When it comes to Twenty20, it's more like a business as far as I am concerned."
