Kraft Group ponies up $4.6M for BlogTalkRadio

The Kraft Group, led by New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, has shown support for what it calls the first online talk radio broadcasting network, New York-based BlogTalkRadio, by investing $4.6 million in Series A funding, according to BlogTalkRadio. Ex-hedge fund manager Scott Sipprelle and other individual angel investors also participated in the financing.

Dada Group Nets Majority Share Of Blogo.it Network

Earlier this week, Dada Group, an Italy-based provider of online entertainment and social services with a reach across multiple continents, officially announced its purchase of a majority share in E-box S.r.l., a company which owns the Italian blog network Blogo.it. Dada Group now lays claim to 70% of the publisher. According to the purchase details, €1.6 million will be paid to Blogo’s four founders in two equal installments, one delivered this week, and the second by the close of 2008. Dada Group had prior to this deal laid ownership to 30% of shares of E-box and holdings.

Four in fight to land Twenty20 jackpot

Game Group first half ahead of expectations

For the first 22 weeks to 28 June 2008, total Group sales were up by 54.0 per cent. Like for like Group sales (including Gamestation from 1 May 2008) for the same period were up by 24.8 per cent. A ballet group consisting of 35 dancers performed to an audience of only 70 people Monday. A group of artists from the Ukrainian State Opera and Ballet performed Swan Lake by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Monday night at the open-air theater in Bodrum.
