Amitabh Bachchan has found his voice again — and how! After playing the Grand Old Gent of Bollywood for more than a few years, the B Chord seems to be relishing in airing his views, so what if everyone’s wondering why he has to be trashing it out with Shah Rukh Khan on a blog or playing Uncle-ji with Rahul Gandhi while radiating a smile towards his bestest of friends, Amar Singh. An eventful week found Bachchan talking away like a Kader Khan dialogue going off the rails. We look at his diary entries (which will probably be posted on bigb.bigadda.com even before this has gone to print):

More satellite images have been released portraying the devastation caused by the May 12, 2008 earthquake that struck China's Sichaun Basin. This pair of images, captured by Taiwan’s Formosat-2, illustrates the challenges faced by rescuers bringing equipment and supplies to survivors of the massive 7.9-magnitude earthquake. The top "before" image from 2006 shows the tree-covered mountain terrain of China’s Beichuan County. A river curves along the base of the mountain, and a road follows the banks of the river.

Is there a way to get copyrighted images removed from google search? I think there is an easy way for videos, but pictures too? Or is the best way to contact the site owners? Though there are hundreds if not thousands of sites. I'm building a site for a model and there are a ton of copyrighted images available for free, which are from a paid magazine, where the model is featured in it exclusively.

As you may have noticed, there is a "blog" that has posted a link to this thread. This so-called blog is actually nothing more than platform for libelous slander against various companies and trade organizations in the electronic components distribution industry. The blog is run by a single person, Dinesh Kumar Jain, owner and sole employee of the company Chip Stores in Canada. As you may have also noticed, Mr. Jain is an extremely disturbed individual whose bizarre and downright nonsensical accusations have gotten him thrown off or blacklisted from virtually every broker/distribution website on the Internet, as well as most of the "Complaint/Scam" type message boards. Every reply on his website is quite obviously by him and it's rather doubtful that anybody else even reads his nonsense.

Okay, stop jumping up and down on the couch. This is important: actor Tom Cruise is celebrating 25 years since his first starring movie role with a new website, TomCruise.com. And he is promising to blog about life on the set. Rather than being known for his films, lately the three-time Academy Award nominee has been better known for his couch-hopping activity on Oprah, his war of words with Brooke Shields over anti-depressants and his bizarre Scientology video ("It’s rough and tumble, it’s wild and woolly..."). USA Today highlights Cruise’s blog promise. On his site, Cruise states he wants to “bring you in and share with you the fun I experience every day during the filmmaking process, from working with the script, to the making of the film through to what we finally see when we settle in our seats and the lights go down.

What is a blog? For the web savvy, it's nothing new, but for those who don't know, a blog is a simple themed website, displaying content in a chronological format. The blog owner can write content on anything related to the blog's chosen theme and keep updating or deleting the content whenever needed. When new content is added (new blog post), it's added to the top of the blog.
