First there was Boljoon Parish Museum, followed closely by the Cathedral Museum in 2006. Nearly a year later came Tuburan Town Museum and Bogo City Museum. This year it was the turn of Carcar City Museum and then Museo Sugbo, the Cebu Provincial Museum. Barely two months after the latter’s inauguration, the Toledo city council approved plans to convert its former city hall and the plaza fronting it into a museum and heritage center, project sponsored by councillor Amelia “Amy” Ortilla-de Pio.

Car Analogy Please writes to tell us that a new car unveiled at the Paris Auto Show was modeled after the Gran Turismo 5 Prologue car. GTbyCITROËN is the first car that has been designed in tandem with a video game to then spill out onto the actual pavement. "The GTbyCITROËN is the product of a partnership built up during the creation of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. Takumi Yamamoto, from Citroen and Kazunori Yamauchi from Polyphony Digital Inc, the games developer were inspired by each others industries to design a concept car for the game that then flowed further into the real-world. The game version of the car mirrors the real-world performance of the concept."

Downtown Sofia, the oldest museum in Bulgaria is housed in one of the few preserved buildings dated to 15 c. It is the National Archaeological Museum and has a fascinating history. The idea to set up an all-Bulgarian museum originated in the 1840s, when Bulgaria was still part of the Ottoman Empire. The organization that was committed to that project was the Bulgarian Literary Society, the prototype of the Bulgarian Academy of Science. Back then the first format of the museum was created with the name Historical Committee. More about the institution from Dr. Svetla Petrova from the Expositions Department at the National Archeological Museum.
