Jul. 12--The Hope for Africa Children's Choir -- 23 former war orphans from Uganda making their first international tour -- will perform at the 10:30 a.m. worship service Sunday at the United Methodist Church of Whitefish Bay, 819 E. Silver Spring Drive. The public is welcome. The choir received standing ovations and demands for an encore when it performed twice in April at the 2008 United Methodist General Conference in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Millennium Concert Choir from Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, under the direction of Alfred Kunz, will present a free concert entitled "Wind, Water and Song" in the STU chapel on Sunday July 13th at 7:30 p.m. This versatile and energetic group of singers performs a wide variety of music ranging from Baroque to contemporary.
